Timothy D. Cantu

Associate

Tim Cantu’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, particularly acquisition and development, financing and lending, low-income housing tax credit development and related financing, tax-exempt and bond financing, title insurance, as well as corporate, partnership and limited liability organizations. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and Washington.

Tim received a B.A. in Classics from Thomas Aquinas College and his J.D. cum laude from Notre Dame Law School, where he served as Notes and Submissions Editor for the Notre Dame Law Review. Before he became an attorney, Tim was a good enough golfer that he once played in a qualifying round for the US Amateur Championship and he would love to have a low enough handicap to enter again. When he’s not ruling the greens, he enjoys listening to classical music, trying to play the piano as well as he plays golf, and spending time with his wife and children.
