Attorney
Mark Pepple is the newest attorney at PCS, where he currently focuses on commercial litigation, foreclosures, corporate organizational documents and loan documents. Although most of the other PCS members and associates are old enough to be his father, he is grateful that only one of them actually is.
Mark was born in Seattle, Washington, where he attended Roosevelt High School, rowed for Greenlake Crew and competed at the national championships in the lightweight varsity 8 event. He attended George Washington University in Washington DC, where he continued rowing and graduated Magna cum Laude with a BA in Philosophy and Classical Studies.
After graduation, Mark spent a year working for a tax-and-estate-planning law firm in Arlington, Virginia. While attending the University of Washington School of Law, he externed for King County Superior Court judge Bruce Heller and was a summer associate for PCS. He received his J.D. in 2010 and is member of the Washington State Bar. Mark also earned an L.L.M. in taxation from New York University, which is the highest ranked tax-law program in the country.
While attending GWU, Mark also spent 4 weeks working at an archaeological dig at Tel-Kabri in northern Israel, an experience that he has put to good use when sorting through mounds of complex legal documents.
