Jeff Hawkinson is a home-grown Member of PCS. After starting with the firm as a paralegal in 1995, Jeff re-joined the firm as an attorney in 2006 and became its newest Member in 2011.

Jeff’s legal practice is focused on commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition and sale of commercial properties, leases and leasing, and lending and finance. In the finance realm, Jeff’s practice includes construction and permanent financing, loan modifications, workouts, non-judicial foreclosures and enforcement of creditor’s rights.

Jeff received his J.D. from Willamette University, cum laude, in 2001; he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Washington where he received a B.A. degree in 1997.

Jeff is an avid fan of the Seahawks, Mariners, and Huskies. He also enjoys listening to live music and spending quality time with his wife and two young boys.
